Plant Resources

		High speed automated Turret press to 1200 x 2400 mm sheet size.
		CNC Forming & Punching	both in sheet and roll form.
		CNC Laser Profile Cutting	Steel - mild / high / spring up to 16mm. Stainless steel up to 12mm. Aluminium up to 6mm. Polycarbonate up to 16mm.
		CNC Cutting & Shearing.
		Folding - Manual and CNC controlled press brakes.
		Linishing.

Complementing these, are a wide range of stroke presses up to 70 tonnes and high speed peming / fastener insertion presses as well as self-clinching fasteners and friction welded studs.

The standard welding equipment's (MIG / TIG / Gas / Spot / Stud) found in most sheet metal business's are also readily available.

Surface Treatments available consist of: pre treatment and protective coatings including; bead / shot / sand blasting, galvanising, zinc & chrome plating, gold passivate, iron phosphate and Bonderite pre-treatment (for aluminium), electro-static powder coating, wet paint, two pot spray to bake and high temperature paint are all available either through in-house or through preferred contractors.
